From Design to Certification

Prepare detailed drawings and specifications aligned with building regulations. Coordinate with structural, MEP, fire, accessibility, and energy consultants, and compile documents for building control submission.

Submit the full application package with drawings and compliance notes. Liaise with inspectors, address queries, and confirm inspection scope and responsibilities.

Attend site during key build stages to verify compliance. Record findings, resolve non-conformances with contractors and inspectors, and maintain the project’s “Golden Thread” documentation.

Ensure all inspections are passed and records are complete. Obtain the Completion Certificate and hand over the full compliance pack to the client.

Provide final documentation for occupancy, insurance, or sale. Advise on ongoing compliance and maintenance, and offer optional long-term performance support.
